She says Bob we will be there Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. I call Carrie and tell her what happened she said yeah they definitely should not do that you have a 2 year warranty. Moving forward 8 months later my gutters are hanging loose and bent from the recent snow storm we had. I call Carrie and complain she has him come back out and finish the job finally. He calls me the next morning and says he had he will not be back he has another job somewhere else he needs to get finished first. They started working and needed some screws they did not have so they left my job unfinished and the Hispanic guy doing the install says he would be right back he never showed up. The third time they finally showed up late. They would be out on a different day they had to reschedule me a second time. I had to call Carrie and she said the rain has had them delayed. They were scheduled to come out on a certain day to do the install and never showed up or called. I spent $1,000.00 with this company and purchased gutters for my home.
